INGREDIENTS

Mussel shell powder 14 %, ashvagandha extract (Withania somnifera) 10.6 %, amla extract (Emblica officinalis), fennel, liquorice juice, guduchi extract, bhumyamalaki powder, tulsi extract, brahmi extract, Sodium selenite 1 %, zinc oxide 1 %, cellulose filler, silica anti-caking agent, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetarian capsule)

HOW TO USE

2 capsules daily. The daily dose contains 106 mg ashvagandha extract with 3.3 mg withanolides, 3.2 mg zinc* = 32 % NRV** and 100 μg selenium* = 181 % NRV**.

* Selenium and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements do not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
