INGREDIENTS

Mussel shell powder 36 % (calcium), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetarian capsule shell), turmeric extract 12 % (Curcuma longa), ashvagandha extract 10 % (Withania somnifera), arjuna powder (Terminalia arjuna), shallaki extract (Boswelia serrata), shatavari extract (Asparagus racemosus), trikatu spice blend (pippali, ginger, black pepper)

HOW TO USE

2 capsules daily. The daily dose contains: 360 mg of shellfish shell powder with 144 mg of calcium* = 18% NRV**, 100 mg of Ashwagandha extract with 3.1 mg of withanolides, 120 mg of turmeric extract with 12 mg of curcumin.

*Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements do not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
