HOW TO USE

Preparation

  1. Cleanse skin thoroughly.
  2. Apply a facial oil or serum to create smooth glide. (Never use on dry skin.)

Sculpt & Release

Step 1 — Larger Dome (Sculpting & Drainage)

  • Glide outward from the centre of the face toward the hairline.
  • Sweep from jawline toward ears.
  • Move from sides of nose across the cheeks.
  • Glide upward on the forehead toward the temples.

Use light to moderate pressure. Repeat each stroke 5–10 times.

Step 2 — Smaller Dome (Precision Work)

  • Apply gentle circular motions around the temples.
  • Trace along the brow bone.
  • Work carefully along the jawline and under cheekbones.
  • Pause on areas of tightness and apply soft pressure for a few breaths.
